Give your buyers a house that's already set up.
Send Kempt the inspection report. Kempt puts the furnace, the water heater, the roof, and the rest on file, and builds a first-year plan from what the inspector found. Your buyer signs in and it's all there, free for a year.

Three steps from closing to a finished house.
- 01
Cover your buyers' first year.
$39.99 per buyer, paid to Kempt directly. Kempt sends you a code to give your buyers at closing.
- 02
At closing, send the report.
With your buyer's okay, send Kempt the inspection report and the email they'll use for the app.
- 03
They sign in to a finished house.
Kempt reads the report and sets up the house: every system on file, about a dozen jobs for the first year, and the report saved with the house. Your buyer redeems the code, signs in with that email, and it's waiting.
The inspection report, turned into a plan.
A reason to stay in touch.
Your buyers get a year of jobs on the calendar and a Sunday Brief every week. That gives you an easy reason to check in after closing and ask how the house is doing.
Their inspection report gets put to work.
Most inspection reports get read once and filed. Kempt turns the findings into dated jobs.
You don't do the setup.
You send one PDF and one email address. Kempt does the rest by hand.

What does it cost?
$39.99 per buyer, for their first year. You pay Kempt directly. Your buyer pays nothing that year.
What happens after the free year?
It renews at $39.99 a year unless your buyer cancels. Apple shows the renewal price when they redeem the code. Tell your buyer up front so it's no surprise.
What does my buyer have to do?
Tap the code link you give them, then sign in to Kempt with the same email you sent us. The house is waiting.
Does my buyer need an iPhone?
Yes. iPhone today, from the App Store. Android is on the list, but no date yet.
What happens to the inspection report?
Kempt reads it to set up the house and keeps a copy with the house's record. Your buyer can ask for that copy anytime, and deleting their account deletes it. Kempt deletes the copy you sent once the house is set up. It's never shared with insurers or contractors, and you don't get access to your buyer's account.
How many can I buy?
As many as you have closings. Kempt sets up each house by hand, so tell us how many you expect and we'll confirm timing. Buying for a whole office? Ask about bulk pricing.
